Domestic pets are allowed but must be under the Owner’s control at all times, whether within the Owner’s lot or in any other Depot location, and the DROA has the right to take appropriate action for pets that roam, including impoundment. Any dog that chronically barks so as to disturb the neighborhood shall be deemed a nuisance. The DROA has the right to adopt further rules and regulations as required. (Declaration, “Protective Covenants,” Article VII, Section 9).

No motor vehicles shall be parked on or along Depot Avenue. The DROA has the right to enforce the no parking covenant by appropriate action, which may include towing. (Declaration, Article VII, “ Protective Covenants,” Section 2).

The DROA contracts for snow removal from Depot Avenue. Snow removal charges are paid from the annual HOA dues.

HOA dues are $1,000 annually per lot owner.
